We prepare non-sterile compounds on-site to NAPRA standards: creams and ointments, capsules, oral suspensions, troches, and more. Ingredients are sourced from licensed suppliers with certificates of analysis on file, every preparation is documented and beyond-use dated, and our pharmacist checks each formula against the latest evidence and stability data. Pain management
Topical and transdermal pain compounds deliver medication straight to the site that hurts, often with fewer of the whole-body side effects that come with oral painkillers. Working from your prescriber's plan, we combine the right actives at the right strengths in a cream or gel built for your situation — whether that's joint pain, nerve pain, or muscle and soft-tissue discomfort. Hormone replacement therapy (BHRT)
Working from your prescriber's plan, we prepare bioidentical hormone replacement therapy in custom-dosed capsules, creams, and troches when a commercial product isn't a suitable fit — for example a strength or form that isn't commercially available. Each preparation is made fresh and documented batch to batch for consistency. Whether compounded hormone therapy is right for you is a decision for you and your prescriber; we're glad to discuss the options. Often part of perimenopause and menopause care.

Pediatric compounding

Many commercial medications carry fillers, dyes, gluten, lactose, or preservatives that some patients simply can't tolerate. We can often recreate a medication free of the specific ingredient you need to avoid — the same active your prescriber ordered, without the trigger.

What is a compounding pharmacy?
A compounding pharmacy prepares custom medications from individual ingredients when a commercial product doesn't fit — for example a different strength, a liquid or flavoured form, an allergen-free version, or a medication that's been discontinued. Can you compound medication for my pet?
Yes. We compound veterinary medications in flavoured suspensions, transdermal gels, tiny custom doses, chews, and capsules. Bring your veterinarian's prescription or request a quote first.
Do I need a prescription for a compounded medication?
Most compounded medications require a prescription from your physician, nurse practitioner, or veterinarian. We're happy to discuss options and provide a quote before you commit — just ask our compounding pharmacist.
How long does a compounded prescription take?
